2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one (1) phillago account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the phillago registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phillago reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
2.5 KYC Verification. phillago may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phillago login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your phillago account credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phillago immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your phillago account. phillago will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your phillago account, whether or not authorized by you. phillago reserves the right to treat all transactions and gameplay conducted through your account as having been authorized by you unless you have notified phillago of unauthorized access in accordance with Section 3.2.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your phillago account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phillago accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phillago reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your phillago account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the financial institution. phillago is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. phillago reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on phillago.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. phillago may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits. These limits are displayed within your phillago account and may be updated from time to time.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. phillago is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. phillago reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. phillago may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. phillago reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable law. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by phillago are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your phillago account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phillago reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward if phillago determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Promotion Availability. phillago promotions are available to eligible players only. phillago reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion. Promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.
5.5 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, phillago promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. phillago reserves the right to limit or refuse bonus claims where it determines that this restriction has been circumvented.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, phillago reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. phillago will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the original wager.
6.4 Game Results. The result recorded on phillago's servers shall be the definitive result for all games. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phillago's servers, the server record shall prevail.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each phillago game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. phillago reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phillago. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the phillago platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of phillago or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not use phillago's name, logo, trademarks, or any other intellectual property for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of phillago. Any unauthorized use of phillago's intellectual property may result in legal action.
9.1 Platform Availability. phillago strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the phillago platform. phillago will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
9.2 Gambling Losses. phillago is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players on the platform. By using phillago, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. phillago strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their means.
9.3 Third-Party Services. phillago is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with those providers.
9.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phillago's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phillago shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phillago account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phillago and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of phillago, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

11.1 Suspension by phillago. phillago reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phillago determines that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if phillago is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your phillago account, your right to access and use the platform will immediately cease. Any bonus funds or promotional credits in your account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Real money balances remaining in a terminated account will be handled in accordance with phillago's withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any suspected fraudulent activity.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your phillago account at any time by contacting phillago's support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
11.4 Reinstatement. phillago reserves the right to refuse reinstatement of any suspended or terminated account. Reinstatement requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at phillago's sole discretion.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and phillago, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phillago's support team. phillago will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
12.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phillago.
12.4 Regulatory Complaints. If you are not satisfied with phillago's handling of a dispute, you may have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
phillago reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When phillago makes material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of phillago after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using phillago and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
